Calliseom is Central Asia’s first Tier IV data center and AI compute campus, built underground in the Republic of Uzbekistan by IST — Innovative Strategic Technologies. It covers the full infrastructure cycle: energy, facility, network, GPU compute, cloud services and client delivery within a single perimeter.
Four underground floors at 16–20 m depth provide consistent year-round temperature, engineered seismic resilience and a physical security perimeter unreachable by vehicle, drone or standoff attack. A 52–60 m groundwater buffer sits below the facility.
Fault tolerance: two fully independent power channels (13+ MW each), 2N redundancy across power and cooling, no single point of failure, and target availability of 99.995% and above.
GPU Cloud, Dedicated (bare-metal) GPU, Private AI Cloud and Sovereign AI — supporting AI training, inference, HPC and private cloud workloads, monitored by a 24/7 NOC.
Over the Trans-Caspian Corridor with direct, low-latency connections to the USA, Canada, Europe and Israel — no transit through high-risk jurisdictions. Throughput starts at 400 Gbit/s and scales to 2 Tbit/s+.
ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS readiness, and NIST 800-207 zero-trust architecture — compliance designed in from day one.
Project in progress. Completed: registered entities, banking, IT Park residency, agreed land application, dual 220 kV power confirmed by NEGU, dual 400G confirmed by Uzbektelecom, geological approval, local CEO and HQ.
