Calliseom is a project of I.S.T — Innovative Strategic Technologies: Central Asia’s first Tier IV data center and AI compute campus, built in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
To create computing capacity inside Uzbekistan — not consume it from other regions — and supply it to external markets. Calliseom controls the full infrastructure cycle: energy, facility, network, GPU compute, cloud and client delivery, within a single perimeter.
The campus is designed underground — four floors at 16–20 m depth — for thermal stability, seismic performance and a level of physical protection no surface facility can match. The target architecture is Tier IV: fault tolerant, 2N at every level.
Beyond infrastructure, we are building Calliseom OS — an in-house, AI-native operating system for the entire campus — and a national skills base of data center, GPU, network and AI operations engineers.
